Important Shirt Order Disclaimer – Please Read Before Purchasing​

 

Our custom shirts are printed and shipped through a third-party production partner. While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding shipping timelines, especially given our location outside the mainland U.S.

Estimated Production & Delivery Timeline:
Based on our previous orders, shirt deliveries have averaged around 5 business days from the time the order is placed to when it is delivered. However, in some cases, it has taken up to 14 business days due to factors such as production volume, carrier delays, or shipping distance.

 

Why Delivery May Vary:
Because we are based in Hawaii, shipping times can be more unpredictable compared to mainland locations. While our vendor works to fulfill orders efficiently, we do not have control over production or shipping schedules and therefore cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

 

If You Need Your Shirt Before July 2nd:
Based on past order timelines, we strongly recommend placing your order no later than June 11th to allow enough time for your order to arrive, even if it takes the full 14 business days. However, please note that we still cannot guarantee delivery by July 2nd, as delays may occur that are outside of our control.

• Orders placed after June 11th may not arrive in time for July events.

• All orders are submitted directly to our print partner and cannot be changed, canceled, or expedited once placed.

• Delivery delays caused by the production facility, shipping carrier, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or supply chain issues) are outside of our control.
