All D2HI merch is made to order, which means each item is uniquely created just for you. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not available for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or if you simply change your mind.However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we’re happy to help. In those cases, we offer a free replacement or refund.

To report an issue:

• Please contact us at orders@d2hi.com within 30 days of delivery

• Include a clear photo of the product and the issue

• There is no need to return the damaged item

  Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct ZIP code.
  
  Destination Dance Hawaii is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or otherwise undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
  If an order needs to be resent or replaced due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the replacement order.
