The Love of Dance Leadership Program Pointe Leader reports directly to the Admin Director and is responsible for:

• Recommending leaders for LDLP

• Assisting in the scheduling for LDLP

• Recognizing shortfalls and issues for LDLP

• Assisting in the recognition of LPLP

• Recomming changes for LPLP

• First-line of communications between LDLP members and Destination Dance Hawaii

• Report all safety issues or discipline issues to any Destination Dance Hawaii staff member

The Pointe Leader is NOT:

• To discipline students/staff/LDLP members
